Have lots of odd and end squares or finished hexies from other projects? I had a ton of 2 1/2" squares cut from my scraps for four patches that can be used for this type of swap. How it would work is that you would take six different hexie colors and prints and that would be considered one set. Clear as mud? This would be great for larger backgrounds or for color blocked patterns. Sound like fun? Let me know what you think!

no you have done it!!!! I LOVE each example of *scrappy* you have shown here--I think this is a great idea.....I have oodles and gobs of misc 2.5 inch squares as well and if no one else wants to join in---you an I can work up quite a collection all by ourselves! hehehehehe keep up the good work :-)
